Keys must be picked up prior to 4:30 on the day of the rental. If the rental is on Saturday or Sunday, keys must be picked up prior to 4:30 the Friday before the rental.

Trash cans with can liners are provided
All Trash and decorations must be cleaned up and placed into trash cans (unless you have opted for the Cleaning Service).
